Hacer un audio es más rápido y mucho más cómodo, porque ahorras tiempo en escribir un texto; además puedes darle la vivacidad al mensaje gracias a tu tono de voz. Actualmente puedes enviar notas de voz en Facebook Messenger o WhatsApp, y ahora Twitter quiere sumarse muy a su manera a esta innovación, por que ha comenzado a trabajar en los tuits con audio. Hace un par de años se comenzaron a utilizar los audios en Twitter, sin embargo no se trataba de una función nativa de la app, sino que era una transmisión en directo mediante la aplicación Periscope, la cual se subía automáticamente al perfil una vez terminada.
Twitter también comenzó a probar la posibilidad de publicar en el timeline tuits con audio en iOS, donde todos su seguidores podrían escucharlos, sin embargo la función no fue lanzada oficialmente.
Ahora se han revelado imágenes que demuestran que Twitter ha retomado la idea. El ingeniero Owens Williams ha publicado un pantallazo de cómo lucirían los audios en la red social.
La herramienta se llamaría “Escuchar y ahora” y permitiría adjuntar clips de audios a un tuit y enviar la nota de voz. Estos contenidos tendrían su sección especial dentro de la app.
De acuerdo a estas imágenes, los usuarios podrán enviar directamente desde Twitter los tuits de audios sin instalar app adicionales. ¡Sería muy práctico!
Hasta el momento, no se ha implementado en ninguna versión de la red social y se desconoce la fecha de su lanzamiento, en caso de concretarse, por lo que prometemos estar muy pendientes para contarte de las novedades que surjan.

Twitter also started to test the possibility of publishing timeline tweets with audio in iOS, where all their followers could listen to them, however the feature was not officially launched.
Now images have been revealed that show that Twitter has taken up the idea again. Engineer Owens Williams has posted a screenshot of what the audio would look like on the social network.
The tool would be called "Listen and Now" and would allow you to attach audio clips to a tweet and send the voice memo. These contents would have a special section within the app.
According to these images, users would be able to send directly from Twitter the tweets of audios without installing additional apps. It would be very practical!
So far, it hasn't been implemented in any version of the social network and the date of its release is unknown, in case it happens, so we promise to be very attentive to tell you about any new developments.
