Netflix es una plataforma que permite el ingreso de más de 3 personas por los diferentes perfiles que habilita en cada cuenta. Sin embargo, el contenido en esos perfiles se pueden salir de control por múltiples razones.
Es por eso que la plataforma disponible una opción donde el usuario puede bloquear su perfil, asignándole una contraseña de cuatro dígitos que le permitirá tener un control más estricto dentro de la cuenta en el sitio web.
Al tener activa esta opción, estaríamos hablando de dos contraseñas para disfrutar los contenidos de Netflix, la primera para ingresar a la cuenta y la segunda para entrar a tu perfil. Suena un engorroso, pero es una ayuda para tener total control de tu cuenta.
¿Cómo configurar los PIN únicos?
Desde las pestaña de preguntas frecuentes, la compañía de servicios streaming señala el siguiente paso a paso:
- Desde un navegador web, accede a la página Cuenta.
- Abre la configuración de Perfiles y controles parentales para el perfil que deseas bloquear.
- Cambia la configuración de Bloqueo de perfil.
- Introduce la contraseña de tu cuenta de Netflix.
- Selecciona la casilla Requerir un PIN para acceder al perfil seleccionado.
- Para deshabilitar el uso de PIN, desmarca la casilla.
Introduce cuatro números para crear tu PIN de bloqueo de perfil. Salvo que estés utilizando un dispositivo no admitido, tendrás que ingresar este PIN para acceder al perfil o reproducir los títulos que se hayan descargado desde allí.
Si quieres que se exija la introducción de un PIN cada vez que se agrega un nuevo perfil a tu cuenta, selecciona Requerir PIN para agregar nuevos perfiles.
NOTA: Ciertos dispositivos no pueden actualizarse para que sean compatibles con algunas funciones nuevas como el PIN de bloqueo de perfil.
Cómo recuperar un PIN de bloqueo de perfil
Si olvidas tu PIN de bloqueo de perfil haz clic en el vínculo ¿Olvidaste tu PIN? que se encuentra en la parte inferior de la pantalla. Si estás viendo contenido en tu TV, copia la dirección web proporcionada en un navegador.
- cambia a otro perfil y luego vuelve al perfil inicial; o
- cierra sesión en tu dispositivo y luego inicia sesión nuevamente.
