Hay momentos en los que necesitamos privacidad y eso no tiene nada de malo, así que te mostramos este sencillo truco para poder devolver esa llamada con la confianza de que no podrán registrar tu número celular.
Independientemente del sistema operativo con el que cuentes, es posible realizar llamadas en ‘modo oculto’ y en vez de que en la pantalla de la persona que llamemos aparezca nuestro número, se muestre simplemente la leyenda “Desconocido”, “Número oculto” o “Llamada oculta”.
ID de llamada
Todas las tarjetas SIM de los teléfonos celulares tienen un identificador: ‘ID de llamada’, así todas las llamadas son rastreables. El ID de llamada se envía junto con el tono de la llamada del destinatario y es por eso que quien recibe una llamada puede ver nuestro número en la pantalla incluso antes de descolgar y aunque no tenga nuestro contacto guardado. Así que estos pasos sirven para desactivar de manera permanente o temporal el ID de llamada.
En Android
Debes acceder a «Ajustes», «Funciones Avanzadas» o en donde se muestra la opción de «Mostrar mi ID llamante».
Depende del sistema operativo que tengas instalado aparecerán tres opciones: «Ocultar número», «Mostrar número» o «Valores predeterminados».
En iOS
En caso de que desees activar la función de forma permanente en tu iPhone, dirígete a los «Ajustes», ve al apartado «Teléfono», donde encontrarás la opción de «Mostrar ID de llamada».
Para que todas las llamadas que realicen de manera oculta, lo único que tienes que hacer es deslizar tu dedo por la pantalla y desactivarla.
Si te arrepientes, no te preocupes, este cambio es reversible, así que cuando lo desees podrás mostrar tu número de nuevo. Sólo debes seguir los mismos pasos y activar el ‘ID de llamada’.
Datos a tomar en cuenta
Puede haber variaciones de equipo a equipo de acuerdo al sistema operativo que cada usuario tenga instalado.
Toma en cuenta que ocultar tu número no es sinónimo que hacer una llamada anónima, por lo que si una persona tiene por ejemplo, la intención de hacer una mala broma o una extorsión, y el usuario que recibió la llamada levanta una denuncia, el juez tiene la autoridad de solicitar a la compañía telefónica para revelar quién es la persona que realizó la llamada o el número del cual se hizo.
De hecho, si ocultas tu número y llamas a la policía, a los bomberos o cualquier número de emergencia, la función de desactiva, por lo que ocultar tu número será inútil.
Considera también que es posible bloquear en automático las llamadas entrantes que se hacen en modo oculto, así que si llamas a alguna empresa o persona que ha activado esta función, será imposible que les entre la llamada.
