- Entra a este link en tu computadora, que se trata de tu cuenta en Google, introduce tu usuario (mail) y contraseña.
- Este enlace te llevará a la sección de “Encontrar mi dispositivo”. En este apartado encontrarás varias opciones para que tu celular suene y localizarlo en el mapa. Ésta es una excelente opción para las personas que nunca recuerdan en dónde dejaron su celular. Deslízate hacia abajo a ‘Bloquear mi celular’.
- Inserta de nuevo tus datos de identificación de Google para crear una nueva contraseña. Cuando la confirmes y asegures que la podrás recordar, ingrésala en tu smartphone y de esa manera habrás recuperado el acceso con una nueva contraseña.
