Esta dirección es la emitida por el router. Esto es solo en el caso de que mantengas conectado tu dispositivo a una red WiFi privada. Puedes cambiar tu IP desde las direcciones IP del dispositivo que emite el router.

El proceso es sencillo, solo debes dirigirte a la opción Ajustes y luego pulsa en Red e Internet. Posterior a esto, selecciona donde dice WiFi. Mantén presionada la red en la que te encuentras conectado y automáticamente aparecerá una opción llamada Modificar red.
Lo siguiente es cambiar la Configuración IP a Estática desde las opciones avanzadas. Coloca una nueva IP para el móvil asegurándote de que esté en el rango correcto. En caso de que tu dirección sea 192.168.1.23 puedes modificar los últimos dos números usando números del 1 al 254.
Si no quieres hacer tú mismo la modificación de IP lo que puedes hacer es descargar la app IP Changer disponible en la Play Store. Lo que harás al instalarla es introducir tu IP y esta hará todo el trabajo.
