WhatsApp ha adquirido un especial impulso de popularidad desde que comenzaron a soportar stickers. Tal vez imitaron descaradamente a LINE, Telegram y otras plataformas que tenían más tiempo haciéndolo mejor.
Pero es un hecho que estas pegatinas llegaron para quedarse y vuelven mejor a la app. Sin embargo el gran problema, además de las confirmaciones de lectura, sigue siendo cómo adquirirlos.
Muchos recurren al uso de apps complementarias que ayudan a encontrar, organizar y almacenar estos stickers, pero a veces esto mismo provoca que de la nada no puedan visualizarse o desaparezcan simplemente.
Por fortuna existe una solución simple, ya que el fallo en la mayoría de los casos se concentra en terminales Huawei con opciones de ahorro de energía configuradas al tope.
Para solucionarlo sólo sigue estos pasos
- Ingresa al apartado de configuración y en el buscador escribe "Optimización de batería".
- Ahí busca da tap en la lista "Sin Permiso" y elige "todas las aplicaciones"
- Busca en la lista tu app complementaria de stickers. Da tap sobre ella.
- Aparecerá una ventana donde te pregunta si quieres permitir o no que drene batería.
- Das tap en "permitir".
Y listo, eso hará que pase lo que pase, sin importar la configuración de ahorro, la app de stickers nunca dejará de funcionar en conjunto con WhatsApp.

To solve it just follow these steps
Go to the configuration section and in the search engine type "Battery Optimization".
There, look for "No Permission" in the list and choose "all applications".
Search the list for your complementary sticker app. Tap on it.
A window will appear asking if you want to allow it to drain the battery or not.
Tap on "allow".
And that's it, that will make it happen, no matter the saving configuration, the sticker app will never stop working in conjunction with WhatsApp.
