Censurar conversaciones
Esta opción se puede lograr por medio de una extensión de privacidad para WhatsApp web que brinda Chrome. A través de esta los usuarios pueden poner un efecto de censura sobre los nombres de sus contactos, las fotos, los mensajes de vista previa o de chat.
Esta opción es muy eficaz para las personas que abren usualmente su WhatsApp desde las computadoras desde lugares públicos. De esta forma podrán evitar que las personas curiosas a su alrededor lean sus conversaciones.
Lo único que deben hacer es poner la flecha del ‘mouse’ sobre el chat o la foto de la persona con la que estas hablando para que esta no se haga visible.
Enviar mensajes con Siri o Google Asistant
Enviar mensajes por WhatsApp sin tocar el celular es muy sencillo ahora gracias a los asistentes de voz. En el caso de Google se inicia con ‘Ok, Google’ para activar el asistente y seguido a esto se pronuncia “enviar a WhatsApp” junto al nombre de la persona, se dicta el texto y se finaliza con un 'sí' para ejecutar la acción.
En el caso de Apple solo debes pronunciar lo mismo, pero con el nombre de Siri.
Liberar espacio
Por lo general WhatsApp es una de las aplicaciones que más almacena datos, entre fotos, documentos, chats, entre otros. Sin embargo, a veces con el hecho de borrar el caché no es suficiente. Para eliminar archivos que ya no necesites puedes entrar a la herramienta de ajustes, hacer click en Datos y Almacenamiento y luego en Uso de almacenamiento.
Accediendo a esta opción podrás desplegar toda una lista de contactos, si haces click sobre el nombre de alguno te saldrán todos los archivos compartidos con el/ella y podrás seleccionar los que quieres eliminar.
Evitar que aparezca “escribiendo”
Esta opción también se puede lograr fuera de la aplicación, lo que debes hacer es desactivar los datos del celular o del wifi. En este estado podrás escribir en la conversación sin que nadie se enteré de que lo estás haciendo. Al momento de activar el internet el mensaje instantáneamente llegará.
Personalizar los tonos de la aplicación
Los usuarios pueden escoger un tono diferente para cada contacto o grupo de WhatsApp ingresando al chat, presionando sobre el nombre del usuario o grupo y luego presionando en ‘Notificaciones personalizadas’.
