¿Cómo recuperar las fotos que borraste de tu WhatsApp?
No necesitas ninguna app externa, bastará con conocer estos tres tips que te enlistamos:
Revisa tus carpetas
Lo primero es revisar en tus carpetas de imágenes ya que probablemente la guardaste antes de enviarla o se guardó automáticamente. Si tienes Android, ve a la galería y busca un álbum llamado WhatsApp Images, ahí encontrarás un respaldo de tus archivos compartidos en la app.
WhatsApp Web guarda una copia
Si ya revisaste las carpetas de tu celular y estás seguro que las fotos ya no existen ahí, revisa ahora la versión de escritorio, es decir, WhatsApp Web. La app guarda una copia de las conversaciones en sus servidores, incluyendo las fotos. Además, podrás realizar este método tanto si tienes iOS como si tienes Android. Será muy fácil encontrarlas:
- Ingresa desde tu computadora a WhatsApp Web
- Escanea el código QR que allí se encuentra con la cámara de tu móvil.
- Una vez hayas iniciado sesión, presiona los tres puntos que aparecen en la parte superior derecha y ve a WhatsApp Web.
- Luego ve al signo de más para escanear.
- Dirígete al chat del cual quieras recuperar las fotografías.
- Pulsa el icono de archivos.
- Selecciona las imágenes que quieras recuperar.
- Da clic al botón de descargar que encontrarás en la parte superior del menú.
Recupera la copia de seguridad
WhatsApp incluye la función de copias de seguridad. Si la tienes activada, esta copia incluye todos los mensajes así como las fotos y vídeos incluídos en tus chats.
Lo primero es revisar que efectivamente tienes actualizado este respaldo, para ver la fecha de la última copia de seguridad de WhatsApp, ve a los ajustes de la aplicación y entra en el apartado de Chats, ve a Copia de seguridad y revisa la fecha de la última copia.
Si crees que la copia puede contener las fotos que has perdido, entonces deberás restaurar la copia de seguridad. Este truco definitivamente tiene que ser tu última alternativa, ya que al restaurar se borrarán todos tus mensajes.
Al volver a abrir WhatsApp, el sistema te preguntará si quieres restaurar la copia de seguridad. Primero se descargan los mensajes y más tarde aparecerán las fotos y vídeos.
