Un teléfono puede ser el acceso que tienen delincuentes para amenazar ya sea por mensaje de texto o por llamadas.
Bloquear números desconocidos
- Abre la app de teléfono teléfono.
- Presiona Más Más.
- Presiona Configuración y luego Números bloqueados.
- Activa Desconocido.
Esta acción bloqueará las llamadas de números privados o no identificados. Seguirás recibiendo llamadas de números de teléfono que no estén guardados en tus contactos.
Desbloquear un número
- Abre la app de teléfono teléfono.
- Presiona Más Más.
- Presiona Configuración y luego Números bloqueados.
- Junto al número que quieras desbloquear, presiona Borrar Borrar y luego Desbloquear.
Ninguna de las llamadas que hayas recibido del número mientras estaba bloqueado aparecerá en el historial de llamadas.
Con esta opción el usuario tampoco podrá enviarte SMS, y ya quedará de tu parte bloquearlo en otras plataformas de mensajería como WhatsApp y Telegram.

Blocking unknown numbers
Open the phone app.
Press More.
Press Settings and then Locked Numbers.
Activate Unknown.
This action will block calls from private or unidentified numbers. You will still receive calls from phone numbers that are not saved in your contacts.
Unlocking a number
Open the phone app.
Press More.
Press Settings and then Locked Numbers.
Next to the number you want to unlock, press Clear Clear and then Unlock.
None of the calls you received from the number while it was blocked will appear in the call history.
With this option the user will also not be able to send you SMS, and it will be up to you to block it on other messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram.
