- Cuando estés dentro de la conversación, pulsa sobre el nombre del contacto. En este apartado podrás ver toda la información de esa persona.
- Busca ‘Enviar chat por correo’ y presiona para descargar la conversación.
- La app te preguntará si quieres bajar esa conversación y “adjuntar archivos” o “sin archivos”. Esa opción es genial pues no sólo tendrás el texto de tu plática, sino que si lo deseas, puedes descargar los archivos multimedia.
- Si usas más de una cuenta de correo electrónico, selecciona a cuál deseas exportar la conversación.
- Inmediatamente se adjuntará al correo un archivo ‘txt.’ que podrás ver como ‘WhatsApp Chat: (nombre del contacto).txt’.
- Tienes la opción de enviar el archivo a algún correo adicional –quizá al compañero de trabajo que también le resultará útil la conversación–, o bien, sólo escribir tu correo para que sólo tú recibas la conversación. Por último, pulsa la opción enviar, y ya la recibirás enseguida en tu correo.
