Muchas veces ocurre que tenemos muchos chats y se mezclan, es decir, las conversaciones personales con las laborales, y a eso también se le suman los canales a los que estamos suscritos.
Cuando esto ocurre, la búsqueda y el uso de los chats se vuelve algo más complicado y molesto, razón por la cual Telegram le permite a sus usuarios poder agrupar los chats individuales para que estos no se mezclen.
Cómo organizar mis chats en carpetas
Primero es tener claro cómo se deben agrupar las conversaciones para luego proceder a crear una carpeta. Identifica las conversaciones con amigos, compañeros de trabajo, familiares y canales.
Cuando mires eso, ya sabrás cómo puedes ir organizando tus carpetas.
Dispositivos Android
Para poner a funcionar la función de carpetas en Telegram lo que debes hacer es ir al menú de Configuración, pulsando la opción de las tres líneas.
Al abrir el menú, selecciona la opción Ajustes y luego donde dice Carpetas. Lo siguiente es crearla, colocar un nombre y posteriormente comenzar a agregar los chats que deseas agrupar en esa carpeta.
Tanto el nombre de la carpeta y los chats pueden ser modificados.
Dispositivos iOS
En el caso de los iPhone, el usuario debe mantener pulsada la pestaña Chat por unos segundos hasta que aparezca una ventana emergente donde aparece la opción Añadir carpeta.
Luego se debe proceder a crearla, ponerle el nombre e ir agregando chats a la carpeta.
Al igual que en Android, con iOS también podrás hacer los cambios que quieras, editando el nombre de la carpeta y quitar y agregar chats.
