Investigando un fallo de seguridad en iPhone, Alonso ha descubierto que es posible ocultar la foto de perfil de WhatsApp a un único contacto.
De esta forma, puedes configurar que tu foto de perfil la vean todos los usuarios de la plataforma o tus contactos, pero con la opción de poner siempre límites a quien tú desees.
Como bien aclara este informático, este truco oculta la foto de perfil al otro usuario, pero no le impide conversar contigo, es decir, no tiene las mismas consecuencias que bloquear a un contacto en WhatsApp.

Y ya está, no debes hacer nada más para ocultar tu foto de perfil a un único contacto de WhatsApp. Tal y como hemos comprobado, guardar el número de teléfono con este código delante es suficiente para que el usuario no pueda ver tu imagen, pero sí enviarte mensajes.
