Chrome presentó los últimos cambios que incluirá en su plataforma en este 2020, entre ellos se encuentran cargas más rápidas del contenido, opciones para las pestañas de navegación y alternativas para configurar desde la barra del buscador. Acá le contamos, qué es lo nuevo.

Además, Google Chrome incluyó una alternativa para las personas que al navegar prefieren tener varias pestañas abiertas. La plataforma ahora permitirá fijar las pestañas, enviarlas a otros dispositivos y agruparlas, función que será útil si se están realizando búsquedas de un tema específico, y un buscador de pestañas en las opciones de caja de herramientas, con el fin de encontrar más rápidamente la pestaña que se está necesitando y no empezar a buscarla una por una.

Sin embargo, para activar la función solo debe dirigirse a la parte derecha donde se encuentran las pestañas, en el ícono que tiene un triángulo hacia abajo y escribir la palabra que identifica a la página que necesita abrir.

Esta función estará primero para los equipos Chromebook, pero la compañía la integrará en las otras plataformas próximamente.

Carga más rápida

Chrome busca que el navegador tenga cargas más rápidas y dure más la batería del equipo, para esto la plataforma identifica cuáles son las pestañas que están activas y las prioriza entre las que se encuentran abiertas, lo que, según la compañía de tecnología, permite que se reduzca hasta 5 veces el uso de la CPU y se ahorre 1,25 horas de batería.

Así mismo, el navegador permite que inicie 25 por ciento más rápido y las páginas web carguen 7 por ciento más velozmente.

Configuraciones

Otra de las funciones que el navegador lanzó es la de permitir que desde la barra del buscador los usuarios puedan ejecutar algunas acciones de su configuración sin necesidad de utilizar el menú de ajustes.

Con esto, se podrá escribir desde el buscador acciones como “eliminar el historial” o “editar contraseñas” y ejecutarlas de forma más rápida.

El navegador espera que todas las funciones estén disponibles en todas las versiones en las próximas semanas.
