Instagram es una red social pensada, al igual que las otras, para conectar usuarios. Sin embargo, muchas veces sus funciones no suelen ser atractivas cuando no existe el consentimiento de uno de los participantes.
En otras palabras, cuando no deseas recibir mensajes de un usuario, la cantidad de funciones que tiene Instagram pueden molestar al usuario.
Es por eso que conocerás un truco sencillo que te permitirá eliminar y bloquear esos mensajes indeseados que vienen de parte de cualquier persona con la cual no deseas hablar.
Bloquear mensaje directo:
Para ejecutar está acción con éxito debes:
- Acceder a la app de Instagram y buscar el perfil del usuario en cuestión.
- Una vez que lo encuentres allí, pulsa en los tres puntos ubicados en la esquina superior derecha.
- De entre todas las opciones que aparecerán, busca y activa la que dice Bloquear.
Al bloquearlo esa otra persona no tiene la posibilidad de enviarte un mensaje directo debido a que no le aparecerás entre los usuarios con cuenta en Instagram.
Si quieres agregar un plus a esa definitiva acción, puedes silenciar el chat y para eso debes:
- Dirigirte a los DM
- Seleccionar el chat
- Dejar presionado sobre la conversación hasta que aparezca una ventana
- Allí pulsarás sobre la opción de silenciar chat.
Con esos pasos será imposible recibir otro mensaje indeseado por parte de ese usuario para siempre, o bueno, al menos hasta una nueva actualización de Instagram que pueda cambiar todo.

Once you find it there, click on the three dots in the upper right corner.

Address yourself to the DMs
Select the chat
Press and hold on the conversation until a window appears
There you will click on the option to mute chat.
With those steps it will be impossible to receive another unwanted message from that user forever, or well, at least until a new Instagram update that can change everything.
